I bring more than 20 years of experience in digital transformation, product innovation, financial services, and entrepreneurship, with a particular passion for turning emerging technologies into practical solutions that deliver measurable business value. What draws me to Honeycomb is the opportunity to help define how agentic AI can move beyond answering questions to actively investigating problems, uncovering insights, and helping customers take meaningful action. Throughout my career, I've operated at the intersection of business strategy, customer experience, and technology execution. As a senior digital banking leader at Kindred Credit Union, I led major transformation initiatives and helped steer a national digital banking platform decision representing approximately $50 billion in combined assets. I've also founded, scaled, and sold a technology company and developed Manulife Bank's flagship Manulife One Mortgage Calculator. These experiences have shaped my approach to product leadership: understand the problem deeply, recognize the opportunity, align stakeholders, and deliver solutions that customers genuinely value. More recently, as VP of Digital Transformation at Birchtree Inc., I've combined that strategic experience with hands-on AI development, building more than 30 AI-enabled software and hardware products and prototypes in less than 1 year. My work spans intelligent automation, competitive intelligence, customer engagement, decision-support systems, streamlined financial reporting, agenda building and workflow transformation. Rather than simply exploring what AI might do, I focus on rapidly validating what it can accomplish and translating those discoveries into usable, scalable products. Honeycomb's direction with Canvas, autonomous investigations, reusable Skills, and agentic workflows is particularly exciting. I see enormous potential in AI systems that can reduce complexity, accelerate problem-solving, and empower people to make better decisions. My background in product strategy, human-centred design, stakeholder collaboration, and rapid experimentation would allow me to contribute a customer-focused and commercially grounded perspective to that evolution.
